What forklift capacities do you have available?
We offer diesel forklifts with 3 Ton, 5 Ton, and 7 Ton capacities. All our units are kept in top shape and are ready for heavy-duty work.
Is the mobilization/demobilization fee included?
No, the mob-demob fee (unit delivery) is calculated separately based on the distance between our yard and your project site. We offer very competitive rates for the Bandung city area.
How many working hours are in a shift?
One shift is 8 hours (including a 1-hour break). We can also accommodate overtime or night shifts depending on your project needs.
How is overtime charged?
If you exceed the 8 hours in a single shift, an agreed hourly overtime rate will be added to the final contract.
Do your operators have SIO certificates?
Absolutely! All our operators hold active, official SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) licenses and are highly experienced in handling sensitive or heavy industrial goods safely.
What if the unit runs into technical issues or breaks down?
We guarantee all units are in excellent condition. However, if any technical issue arises, our maintenance crew will rush to your site or we'll send a replacement unit to make sure your project stays on track.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and cash. For corporate clients with long-term rental contracts, we also offer flexible payment terms as agreed.
